Prices start at around $ 550,000 for a smaller model and can go up to around $ 880,000 for the standard model.
This nomadic residence has no engine and can be towed to its final location. In view of these special characteristics, the WaterNest 100 ecological floating unit does not require a navigation license or a building permit. You will need an authorization from the local maritime authorities to dock in inland waters.
